Rajni Group is known for quality construction and for a commitment to offering good homes at prices buyers can afford. We are a Tricity developer, and besides the construction itself we concentrate on the things a family lives with every day — water round the clock, and schools, colleges, hospitals, markets and banks close enough to walk to.
We have taken on newer technology, bolder design and more exact engineering to build residential townships and commercial complexes that hold up — Mivan construction at Luxotica being the clearest example. The aim has been to change what people expect of a home in this corridor, and the skyline along with it.

Ajay Nagpal
Founder
Ajay Nagpal founded Rajni Group in 2013 with a single aim: to give a buyer an experience they would not get elsewhere. He is from Zirakpur, and he built the company on performance and client satisfaction rather than on promises.
He holds a Master's in Construction Management, and has brought that to the running of the company. Under him Rajni Group has become known for quality, reliability and construction that is done properly.
That has carried the company to where it is now — a trusted name in the trade, and one that keeps raising what it expects of itself.
